Por primera vez, después de probar con varias aparatos, me dice mi mujer, que por fin no ronco. Sólo recomiendo el bucal, que hay que ajustar bien. Los dilatadores nasales son de plástico de baja calidad, ni los he probado ( los tengo mejores)
